After the Agreement comes into effect, the products will be delivered to you using the delivery terms you have chosen. Delivery of goods that are in stock within Estonia takes 1-3 working days, while for Latvia and Lithuania, it takes 5-7 working days. If the product you ordered is not in stock in Estonia and must be specifically ordered from the supplier’s stock, the delivery time within Estonia will be 5-10 working days. Delivery outside Estonian borders to Latvia, Lithuania or other parts of Europe will take 7-14 working days, to which the order time from the supplier’s stock may be added if necessary. If it is evident that the delivery of the product cannot be made within the delivery time stipulated in the product description, and in other cases where timely delivery of the products is not possible due to circumstances for which Reedin Baltics OÜ is not responsible, we will notify you via the contact telephone or email you provided when placing the order within 3 working days from the Agreement coming into effect. We will inform you of the new delivery time for the product you ordered.

Customer contact details are necessary for the quick and hassle-free delivery of the products you purchased, and we can contact you through them if necessary.

We respond to emails received at info@reedinbaltics.com within 1 working day. If you have not received a reply from us within that time frame, it is likely due to a technical error. In such cases, we recommend being patient and, if possible, sending us a follow-up email.

Reedin Baltics online store is open 24 hours, serving customers only via the internet. We also offer sales consultations via telephone.

Payment

After placing an order in the online store, you have the option to request an invoice for the purchase to be sent to your email. The invoice will include necessary product information and bank details. You can pay for your purchase through your bank, and to ensure faster delivery of goods, we recommend sending the payment confirmation to the email info@reedinbaltics.com after making the purchase.

  1. Bank Link – upon order confirmation, the order page will be displayed on the screen. To pay via bank link, click on the bank link icon. A copy of the order will also be sent to your email address in case you want to pay for the order later.
  2. Installment Payment – after placing your order in the online store, fill out the installment application. If you receive a positive response, make the initial payment using a bank link or credit card.

  3. Goods will be issued only after the total order amount has been received, and in the case of installment payments, after the initial payment has been received.

Transport

You have the option to choose the delivery location for the package at the address you specified. It is also possible to specify a third party’s address as the destination. We deliver packages to addresses in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, or other foreign countries.

The delivery of the shipment is generally according to the price list. For shipments to foreign countries and for bulk goods, transportation fees apply according to the price list.

Within Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and other parts of Europe, we deliver shipments door-to-door via DPD courier or to a parcel locker.

The delivery time within Estonia is generally 1-3 business days. For Latvia and Lithuania, it is 5-7 business days.

If the product you ordered is not in stock in Estonia and must be specifically ordered from the supplier’s warehouse, the delivery time within Estonia is generally 7-14 business days.

Outside Estonia, delivery to Europe is generally 5-7 business days, and to the rest of the world 7-14 business days, with additional ordering time from the supplier’s warehouse if necessary.

When ordering a package to a parcel locker, the maximum dimensions of the shipment can be for DPD parcel lockers

For the door-to-door service, the largest allowed size is:

The maximum allowed weight for one package is 31.5 kg. The longest side can be up to 175 cm, and 2 x (height + width) + the total length of the longest side combined can be up to 300 cm. For example: a package with dimensions 35 cm, 120 cm, 45 cm. Calculation: 2 x (35 + 45) + 120 = 280 cm.
