After the sales contract enters into force (customer's payment of the order), Surfmaster shop OÜ completes the order and hands it over to our logistics partners DPD for delivery.
As a rule, you can receive orders placed and paid for on working days already in Estonia within 1-3 working days, if the goods are in the Estonian warehouse. In the case of a shipment to Latvia and Lithuania, 5-7 working days if the goods are in the Estonian warehouse. The maximum delivery time is usually up to 14 days. If for some reason the shipment is delayed, Surfmaster shop OÜ customer support will agree a suitable delivery time with the Customer.
The previously indicated delivery terms apply from the moment of payment of the order.
For delivery without delays, please be careful when entering the delivery details when placing the order.
Shipments damaged during transport, where the products, but not the product packaging, have been damaged, can be replaced by the Customer. If the replacement is impossible, we offer compensation for the cost of the damaged item.
Surfmaster shop OÜ is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time for the day of delivery promised to the Customer, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that Surfmaster shop OÜ could not influence or foresee.
