1. Scope and validity of the terms
2. 1.1 Tingimused kehtivad kõigi isikute ja ostukeskkonna reedinbaltics.com (edaspidi Reedin Baltics) omanik REEDIN BALTICS OÜ vahel Reedin Baltics poe vahendusel toodete ostmisel tekkivate õigussuhete kohta.
3. 1.2 In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the Reedin Baltics store are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
4. 1.3 REEDIN BALTICS OÜ-l on õigustatud Reedin Baltics poe arengust tulenevalt ning e-poe parema ja turvalisema kasutamise huvides käesolevaid tingimusi ja hinnakirja muutma ning täiendama. Tingimuste ning hinnakirja muudatustest ja täiendustest teatatakse interneti lehekülje reedinbaltics.com kaudu. Tingimuste ja hinnakirja muudatused ning täiendused jõustuvad vastava muudatuse või täienduse avaldamisest interneti leheküljel reedinbaltics.com Kui Te edastasite oma tellimuse enne tingimuste muudatuste jõustumist, kohaldatakse Teie ja REEDIN BALTICS OÜ vahel tekkinud õigussuhtele Teie poolt tellimuse edastamise ajal kehtinud tingimusi, v.a kui seaduses või käesolevates tingimustes on ette nähtud teisiti.

2. Prices

2.1. The prices of Reedin Baltics e-shop are valid for timely payment of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.

2.2. All prices include VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

2.3. Kaup väljaspoole Eestit muu firma nimele kehtivad hinnad ilma käibemaksuta 22%.

 

3. Shopping basket and ordering

3.1. You can change the number of products in the shopping cart. You can also change the order quantity of the product. By viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can always go back to the e-store and choose more products.

3.2. After selecting the desired products, indicate the desired payment method and delivery method and press "Form Order". Now check again whether all the data is correct and press "Confirm Order". You will be directed to the payment page.

3.2. Enter the required information on the subscriber information page.

3.3. Be careful when filling in the fields on the customer data and order confirmation pages, because the speedy and trouble-free delivery of the products you have purchased depends on the accuracy and correctness of this information.

3.4. Toodete müügileping loetakse sõlmituks (Lepingu jõustumine) arvates tellimuskinnituse järgi tasumisele kuuluva summa laekumisest REEDIN BALTICS OÜ arvelduskontole.

 

4. Payment for products

4.1. To make a payment, select your preferred payment method on the order completion page.

4.2. You can pay for products:

4.2.1 Print the invoice and pay for the invoice at your bank.

4.2.2 Via bank link or payment card (choose the one that suits you)

4.2.3 It is possible to request a check mark when making an installment payment: "I pay in installments" in the box on the payment method selection page.

4.3. Your order will be canceled if you have not paid the purchase amount within the specified time.

4.4. The order will be completed and delivered in case of 100% advance payment.

 

5. Delivery and handover of products

5.1. After the Agreement enters into force in accordance with Clause 3.4 of the Terms and Conditions, the products will be delivered to you using the delivery terms chosen by you.

5.2. Delivery of goods in stock within Estonia is generally 1-3 working days.

5.3 If the product you ordered is not in stock in Estonia and it must be specially ordered from the supplier's stock, the delivery time within Estonia is generally 7-14 working days.

5.4 Delivery outside Estonia usually takes 5-7 working days within Latvia and Lithuania and 7-14 working days in the rest of Europe, plus the time of ordering from the supplier's warehouse if necessary.

5.5. Juhul, kui on ilmne, et toote kohaletoimetamine toote kirjelduses määratud tarnetähtaja jooksul ei ole võimalik, ning muudel juhtudel, kui toodete tähtaegne kohaletoimetamine ei ole võimalik asjaoludel, mille eest REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ei vastuta, teatame sellest Teile Teie poolt tellimuse vormistamisel teatatud kontakttelefoni või elektronposti teel 3 tööpäeva jooksul arvates Lepingu jõustumisest vastavalt Tingimuste punktile 3.4. Ühtlasi anname teada Teie poolt tellitud toote kohaletoimetamise uue tähtaja. Juhul, kui Te kaotate toote kohaletoimetamise pikema tähtaja tõttu huvi toote ostmise vastu, on Teil õigus oma tellimus tühistada (vt täpsemalt punktidest 6.1. ja 6.3.) ning Teie poolt tasutud summa tagastatakse Teile. Kui tooted on üle antud meie või tarnija laost transpordifirmale, ei ole võimalik enam tellimust tühistada.

5.6. DPD delivers the products to the address or parcel machine specified by you when placing the order. It is not possible to change the destination later.

5.7. When ordering a parcel machine, the code required to open the parcel machine will be sent to the phone specified by you during checkout.

5.8 We use the DPD parcel machine service for European shipments.

5.9. Palun jälgige tellimuse vormistamisel esitatavate kontaktandmete õigsust vältimaks viivitusi ja arusaamatusi toodete kohaletoimetamisel. REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ja transpordifirma ei vastuta toodete kohaletoimetamise viivituse ja tekkinud arusaamatuste eest juhul, kui viivitus või arusaamatus on tingitud Teie poolt tellimuse vormistamisel esitatud andmete ebatäpsusest või ebaõigsusest.

5.10. The products will be issued to you with an invoice. Upon receipt of the shipment, we strongly recommend that you check the packaging of the products and immediately notify the transport company in case of external damage. We ask you to report a product with damaged packaging to the email address info@reedinbaltics.com

When ordering a parcel machine, the largest dimensions of the shipment can be a DPD parcel machine L (36 x 43 x 61 cm) / 31,5 kg

 

6. Order cancellation and product return

6.1. You have the right to cancel your order after paying for the products, but before the products are released from the warehouse, by sending a corresponding message to the Reedin Baltics e-shop at info@reedinbaltics.com with the order number and your current account number.

6.2. After receiving the products, you have 14 days to familiarize yourself with the products. You have the right to file a claim under the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the 14-day right of return. If the purchased product does not suit you for any reason, you have the opportunity to return the product or exchange it for another product within 14 days by sending a relevant message to the Reedin Baltics e-store address info@reedinbaltics.com with the order number, your current account number and the address where the returned products are located. Products made especially for you or ordered from a supplier's warehouse are not eligible for returns.

6.3. In the case of canceling the order in the case specified in clause 6.1 or in the case of withdrawal from the order in the case specified in clause 6.2, the amount paid for the purchase will be returned to you, of which the customer will bear the expenses related to sending the product (clause 6.5). We will return the money for the returned product to your bank account no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal reaches us, provided that you have returned the goods within the same period, except for the cases stipulated in clauses 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6 of these terms and conditions.

6.4. The returned product must be complete (include all items included in the product packaging). If the product was purchased as part of a campaign, where another product is added to the product, you must return the entire set (that is, all products).

6.5. Reedin Baltics e-shop has the right to ask the customer for the full transport cost of the returned product and to deduct it from the returned amount. If the product is sent to the customer free of charge, the real price on the part of the service provider is considered as the transport price.

6.6. Kui tagastatav toode (ja toote pakend) on halvenenud ja halvenemine on põhjustatud (i) asjaoludest, mis ei ole tingitud REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ning (ii) toote mittesihipärase kasutamise tulemusena, on REEDIN BALTICS OÜ-l õigus tasaarvestada toote väärtuse vähenemine Teie poolt toote eest tasutud ning Teile tagastamisele kuuluva summaga. Tasaarvestamiseks saadab REEDIN BALTICS OÜ Teile tasaarvestamise avalduse Teie poolt tellimuse vormistamisel teatatud e-posti aadressile. Juhul, kui Te ei ole nõus tasaarvestamise teates näidatud väärtuse vähenemisega, on Teil õigus kaasata toote väärtuse vähenemise kindlakstegemiseks sõltumatu ekspert. Ekspertiisiga seotud kulud jagatakse pooleks Teie ja REEDIN BALTICS OÜ vahel, v.a juhul, kui ühe poole seisukoht osutub ilmselt põhjendamatuks. Sellisel juhul kannab ekspertiisiga seotud kulud pool, kelle seisukoht osutus ilmselt põhjendamatuks.

 

7. Warranty and return of non-compliant products

7.1. REEDIN BALTICS OÜ vastutab toodete nõuetele mittevastavuse ja puuduste eest vastavalt Võlaõigusseadusele, pretensioonide esitamise aeg on eraisikul 2a. ja juriidilistel isikutel 6 kuud arvates toodete üleandmise hetkest.

7.2. REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ei vastuta:

1) Your fault for product deterioration/damage.

2) For defects that have arisen as a result of improper use of the product.

3) For normal physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.

7.3. Lepingutingimustele mittevastava toote puhul kohustub REEDIN BALTICS OÜ toote remontima või asendama samaväärse tootega omal kulul. Kui toodet on võimalik parandada, siis asendamist nõuda pole võimalik, kuna see põhjustaks müüjale ebamõistlikke kulusid. Raha tagastamist on võimalik nõuda vaid juhul, kui toote asendamine mõistliku aja jooksul pole osutunud võimalikuks.

7.4. The warranty examination is carried out by the product specialists of the Reedin Baltics store and at its expense.

7.5. If the customer disputes the decision of Reedin Baltics product specialists regarding the product warranty, he has the right to order an impartial expert opinion from an institution with a corresponding license. Expertise costs are borne by the expert customer. In the event that the expert examination proves the fault of the product and the Reedin Baltics store accepts the expert's decision, the costs will be covered by the Reedin Baltics store.

7.6. In case of returning a product that does not meet the requirements, the amount paid for the product (including shipping costs) will be transferred to the bank account indicated by you no later than 30 days after receiving the notification about the cancellation of the order and the desire to return the product.

7.7. Repairing or replacing the product during the warranty period does not extend the original warranty period.

7.8. A non-conforming product that has been reimbursed will not be returned to the customer.

7.9. Kui toodet ei aktsepteerita garantiiliseks ja garantiinõude esitaja ei nõua toote tagastamist on REEDIN BALTICS OÜ-l õigus toode 30 päeva möödudes utiliseerida.

7.10. In addition to the rights arising from the warranty, you also have other rights arising from the law.

 

8. Liability and force majeure

8.1. REEDIN BALTICS OÜ vastutab Teie ees ja Teie vastutate REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ees teisele poolele käesolevate tingimuste rikkumisega tekitatud kahju eest Eesti Vabariigis kehtivates õigusaktides sätestatud juhtudel ja ulatuses.

8.2. REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ei vastuta Teile tekitatud kahjude eest või toote kohaletoimetamise viibimise eest juhul, kui kahju või toote kohaletoomise viibimine on tingitud asjaolust, mida REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ei saanud mõjutada ning mille saabumist REEDIN BALTICS OÜ ei näinud ette ega võinud ette näha (vääramatu jõud).

 

9. Other Terms

9.1. Kõiki Reedin Baltics poe külastamise ja ostude sooritamise käigus teatavaks saanud kliendi isikuandmeid käsitletakse kui konfidentsiaalset infot. Krüptitud andmesidekanal pankadega tagab ostu sooritaja isikuandmete ja pangarekvisiitide turvalisuse. Ka REEDIN BALTICS OÜ-l puudub neile juurdepääs.

9.2. Issues not resolved separately in these conditions are based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

9.3. Teie ja REEDIN BALTICS OÜ vahel seoses Reedin Baltics poe vahendusel toodete tellimise ja ostmisega tekkinud vaidlused lahendatakse läbirääkimiste teel. Kokkuleppe mittesaavutamisel on Teil õigus pöörduda oma õiguste kaitseks Tarbijakaitseametisse või Tallinna Linnakohtusse. Vaidluste lahendamisel lähtutakse Eesti Vabariigis kehtivatest õigusaktidest.

 

10. Disclaimer

10.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes.

10.2 Toodete hinnad ning saadavus võivad muutuda ette teatamata. Antud juhul jätab REEDIN BALTICS OÜ endale õiguse loobuda müügist ning tagastada kliendile raha tema arvelduskontole 10 tööpäeva jooksul.

10.3 REEDIN BALTICS OÜ jätab endale õiguse loobuda müügist kui tootega on juhtunud mõni järgnevatest probleemidest: on juhtunud inimlik eksitus hinna sisestamisel või tehniline viga süsteemis (näiteks kui 500 EUR`i maksev toode on järsku müügis 50 EUR`iga on tegemist ilmselgelt veaga. Sellest tulenevalt eeldame, et klient peaks aru saama, et tegemist on veaga ja toode ei kuulu sellise hinnaga müümisele.)
