Peale Lepingu jõustumist toimetatakse tooted Teile kohale kasutades Teie poolt valitud tarnetingimust. Laos olevate kaupade tarne on Eesti piires 1-3 tööpäeva, Läti ja Leedu piires üldjuhul 5-7 tööpäeva. Juhul, kui Teie poolt tellitud toodet ei ole Eesti laos ja see tuleb spetsiaalselt tarnija laost tellida on tarne aeg Eesti piires üldjuhul 5-10 tööpäeva. Väljaspool Eesti piire tarne Läti, Leedu või Muu Euroopa on üldjuhul 7-14 tööpäeva, millele lisandub vajadusel tarnija laost tellimuse aeg. Juhul, kui on ilmne, et toote kohaletoimetamine toote kirjelduses määratud tarnetähtaja jooksul ei ole võimalik, ning muudel juhtudel, kui toodete tähtaegne kohaletoimetamine ei ole võimalik asjaoludel, mille eest Reedin Baltics OÜ ei vastuta, teatame sellest Teile Teie poolt tellimuse vormistamisel teatatud kontakttelefoni või elektronposti teel 3 tööpäeva jooksul arvates Lepingu jõustumisest Ühtlasi anname teada Teie poolt tellitud toote kohaletoimetamise uue tähtaja.

We will reply at info@reedinbaltics.com to received letters within 1 working day. If you still haven't received a letter from us within this time, it's probably a technical error. In this case, we recommend you to be patient and send us a repeat mail if possible.
The Reedin Baltics e-shop is open 24 hours a day, serving customers online only. We also offer sales consultation by phone.
Payment
After completing the order in the e-shop, you can order an invoice for the purchase by e-mail. Product information and bank details are required on the invoice. You can pay for the purchase through your bank, and in order for the goods to arrive faster, we recommend sending a payment order to your e-mail after making the purchase. info@reedinbaltics.com
- When confirming the Banklink order, the order page is displayed on the screen. To pay with a bank link, click on the bank link icon. A copy of the order will also be sent to your email address in case you want to pay for the order later.
Installment payment - after completing the purchase in the e-shop, fill out the installment payment application. If the answer is positive, pay the initial deposit with a bank link or credit card.
The goods will be issued only after the receipt of the entire amount of the order, in the case of installment payments, after the receipt of the initial deposit.
Transportation
You have the opportunity to choose the place of delivery of the goods at the address specified by you. It is also possible to set the address of a third party as the destination. We send the goods to the address of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania or another foreign country.
Delivery of the shipment is FREE under normal conditions. In the case of foreign shipments and bulky goods, the transport fee is applied according to the tariff specified on the website of the DPD courier company.
Within the borders of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the rest of Europe, we deliver shipments door-to-door or to a parcel machine via the DPD courier company.
The delivery time within Estonia is generally 1-3 working days. In the case of Latvia and Lithuania, 5-7 working days.
If the product you ordered is not in stock in Estonia and it must be specially ordered from the supplier's stock, the delivery time within Estonia is generally 7-14 working days.
Outside Estonia, delivery to Europe is generally 5-7 working days and the whole world 7-14 working days, plus the time of order from the supplier's warehouse if necessary.
