After the customer has completed the payment for the order, Reedin Baltics OÜ will prepare the order and hand it over for delivery to our logistics partners DPD.
Orders placed and paid on working days can generally be picked up in Estonia within 1-3 working days if the goods are in stock in Estonia. For shipments to Latvia and Lithuania, it is 5-7 working days if the goods are in stock in Estonia. The maximum delivery time is up to 14 days in any case. If for some reason the shipment is delayed, Reedin Baltics OÜ customer support will agree with the customer on a suitable delivery time.
The previously specified delivery deadlines apply from the moment of order payment.
For timely delivery, please be careful when entering delivery information while placing the order.
For shipments damaged in transit, where products but not the product packaging have been damaged, the Customer will receive replacements. If replacement is not possible, we offer compensation for the cost of the damaged goods.
Reedin Baltics OÜ is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods have been handed over to logistics partners in a timely manner for the delivery date allowed to the Customer, but the delay is due to circumstances that Reedin Baltics OÜ could not influence or foresee.
